Many of our products do NOT contain ingredients derived from commonly known sources of gluten, wheat, nuts, and soy. However, due to the wide range of raw materials and equipment used during the manufacturing of our products, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of these substances. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding these substances and the ingredients contained in our formulas, please consult your physician. Due to the chance of there being even trace elements of gluten in our products, we can’t claim any products to be gluten-free. If we can help you with anything else, please let us know.

We recommend applying products in the following order: Cleanser, Mask, Toner, Eye Cream, Serum, Moisturizer, Neck Cream, SPF, Primer.

Our cosmetic products have a 3-year shelf life, with varying lengths of time after first use. To find this date, reference the POA (period after opening) on the product label: a jar symbol with a number followed by "M" to represent the number of months.

For over the counter products, the label will show a LOT number with the month and year of expiration. For example: LOT: XXXXXX EXP: MM/YYYY

We try to get to orders as quickly as we receive them and in most cases fulfill orders within 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed due to the extremely high volume of orders we are receiving. StriVectin products contain NIA-114®, an ingredient designed to strengthen the skin barrier, which allows our key ingredients to work most effectively on sensitive skin.
