Klarna

Klarna offers a number of payment options, including direct payments, pay after delivery, and installments plans including their flagship Pay In 4 program. They provide a smooth one-click purchase experience for their customers, no matter how they pay.

Simply shop online, add items to your shopping bag, and choose Klarna as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to register with Klarna and provide payment details as usual. Returning customers can simply log in to make their purchase. Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Klarna. A minimum purchase amount of $35 applies to qualify.

The first payment is withdrawn when you check out on the store’s website, the remaining 3 payments are scheduled every 2 weeks.

Log in to the app to check when your payment is due:

  • Log in to the app
  • Tap Payments and select the order for payment information

You will receive order confirmation by email once the store confirms your order and you will also receive payment reminders by email and in the app.

If Klarna are unable to collect the payment on the scheduled date, Klarna will try again. If that payment attempt also fails the missed payment will be added to the amount of the next scheduled payment.

Good to know: If your Financing payments are automatically withdrawn according to the agreed terms and a payment fails, Klarna will attempt to withdraw the payment again.  

Yes, a minimum purchase amount of $35 applies to qualify for Klarna.

There is no predefined spending limit when using Klarna. Instead, a new automated approval decision about how much you can spend with us is made each time you pay with Klarna. Your Purchase Power is an estimated amount based on factors such as your payment history with Klarna and your outstanding balance. The amount is not a guarantee and may change based on the store and payment option you choose.

If you are not happy with your Klarna purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please check that your return meets our Return Policy. Klarna will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Klarna. If you believe there is fault or concern with your Klarna purchase payment, please contact Klarna customer support.
