Our Auto-Delivery subscription program is the most convenient way to enjoy your favorite products without the hassle. Just tell us which products you like, how often you want them, and we'll take it from there. Not only will you never run out of your favorite products, you will receive Free Shipping + 10% OFF on all future orders.

Our program is also customizable - you can make changes online whenever you need. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘Subscriptions,’ located within the ‘My Account’ section. Changes to orders can be made up until your next charge date. You always have complete control over your subscription orders, and we send an email reminder 10 days before each order ships.

Joining is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page. To subscribe, simply select the Auto-Delivery option, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.

After you join Auto-Delivery, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access your subscription, where you can manage your future orders, subscription items and subscription account information. 

Prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder. We will place your subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto-Delivery account, such as if your product is discontinued, if you cancel your subscription, or confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

Once you’ve subscribed, subscriptions are easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by logging into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

To change your next order date, please visit the ‘Delivery Schedule’ tab under ‘Subscriptions’ and click ‘Edit’ near the order you wish to update, then click on ‘Change delivery schedule’ and select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.

If an order contains multiple items, and you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the ‘Delivery Schedule’ tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Please click ‘Edit’ for the individual item and select your desired next order date from the pop-up calendar.

To skip an order delivery, please visit the ‘Delivery Schedule’ and click the ‘Skip’ near the order you wish to skip.

To modify the delivery frequency for any subscription items, please visit the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and click ‘Edit’ next to the order you wish to update. On this page, the current delivery frequency is displayed. To change the delivery frequency for a subscription item, simply click ‘Change delivery schedule’ below the subscription item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the pull-down menu.

To cancel a subscription item, please visit the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and simply click ‘Cancel’ next to the item you wish to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected ‘Cancel My Subscription,’ your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this.

To review or modify your subscription account information, login to your account and view the ‘Subscriptions’ section. You can view and change your shipping address for each order. You can also change the delivery frequency.

To Change Shipping Information:

Go to ‘Subscriptions” and select ‘Edit’ in the Shipping Info section. 

To Change Billing Information:

Go to ‘Billing Information’ and select ‘Edit’ in the Default Billing Information section.

Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information has saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Subscription items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order.

If you have more than one Auto-Delivery item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the ‘Delivery Schedule’ tab in the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.

All Auto-Delivery subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.
