Joining is so easy. All you need to do is create an account here and you’ll be automatically enrolled. If you have an active account with us, you’re already in!  

You can earn rewards by purchasing from Strivectin.com. You will receive a $10 off coupon when you spend $350 on eligible StriVectin.com purchases (excluding discounts, taxes, shipping and returns). 

Merchandise purchased on StriVectin.com or through StriVectin Customer Care, excluding discounts, taxes, shipping and returns, is eligible to be counted as StriVectin InnerCircle purchases. Please remember to sign in to your StriVectin account when making a purchase. When ordering via phone, you will be asked for name, address, phone number or email address to identify you as a StriVectin customer and as an InnerCircle member. 

When you purchase through StriVectin.com as a guest user, your purchase will still be counted toward your StriVectin InnerCircle account if you are using the same email address that is associated with your InnerCircle account. Once you sign in to an account with this email address you can access your target bar and rewards. 

You will not see updates immediately reflected in your account after making a purchase. Your target bar will be updated once your order ships and a tracking number is received.

Only purchases made on StriVectin.com qualify for InnerCircle rewards. Purchases made at department stores, specialty retail locations or any third-party websites including Good Morning America and The View will not qualify towards your StriVectin InnerCircle rewards. 

Customers who checkout as guests will still receive points for their purchases. The points associated with the email address will be used at checkout. These points can be accessed in two ways: 1) When you are signed into your InnerCircle account or 2) When you create an account with the corresponding email address. Please note that this starts with the new loyalty program launch on 10/01/2024.

Referring a friend is easy. Simply enter your friend’s email here or share the referral link via Facebook or SMS. You will see 500 points pending in your InnerCircle account as soon as your friend makes a purchase. The points will be successfully added once your friend's order ships. The 500 points that you receive is equivalent to a $10 off coupon that you can use on future purchases.

Your account should update once you have made a purchase and your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours before contacting care@strivectin.com for further investigation. 

Once reached, your $10 reward will expire after 90 days after you have received your coupon.

When you are logged in, you can view your reward progress on the target bar on both the InnerCircle page and your Account page.

Once a product is refunded, your rewards accrued from that purchase will automatically be deducted for the correct amount. This adjustment will be reflected in your target bar.

It’s easy to redeem your rewards, once you’ve reached a $350 spend your $10 reward will be available for you. Simply log in to your account, request your coupon which will come through to your email (you must be subscribed to receive emails from StriVectin) and apply the reward at checkout. Only one coupon can be used per order.

The InnerCircle Program (“InnerCircle”) is a loyalty program offered by Strivectin Operating Company, Inc (“Strivectin”) to its customers based in the United States.

To join the InnerCircle you must submit the form on the hosted webpage and provide your first and last name, email address, and create a password.

Once you are in the “InnerCircle”, you will receive special benefits including $10 off coupons for purchases, early access to sales, special promotions and free ground shipping among other incentives.

InnerCircle membership is limited to one per customer, address, and email address. InnerCircle points, discounts, and special offers are non-transferrable, non-assignable and may not be shared, and are void where prohibited. InnerCircle points can NEVER be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents and cannot be combined with any other promotions.

Unused InnerCircle rewards expire after 90 days upon reaching the $350 spend target.

InnerCircle members that violate, circumvent, attempt to defraud or defraud Strivectin or its policies are subject to removal from the InnerCircle program and the immediate forfeiting of any points in their accounts.

Strivectin may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the InnerCircle Terms and Conditions, regulations, benefits, or eligibility to participate in the InnerCircle loyalty program at any time. In addition, Strivectin may discontinue the InnerCircle at any time at its sole discretion.

Unfortunately, when we relaunched InnerCircle in October 2024 we were unable to transfer members’ previous points balance. However, you will continue to receive your loyalty benefits including free shipping and early access to sales and special promotions. 

Our new InnerCircle programme does not have tiers, you earn a $10 off coupon for every $350 spent. This can be redeemed off your order within 90 days. 

Since relaunching InnerCircle in October 2024 it is not possible to redeem your rewards for free products instead of discounts. You will receive a $10 discount for every $350 spent.

Rewards can be used during promotions but only one coupon can be applied to your cart. There may be some exceptions, check individual promotion terms and conditions.
