My Orders
All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse within one or two business days from the date of your order confirmation. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders received before 12pm EST will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sale promotions and on or around federal and U.S. holidays.
Any high-risk orders will be held until our team investigates. Please make sure your billing and shipping information are 100% correct and match the card you use.
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at care@strivectin.com with your inquiry.
We at StriVectin work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted, and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This-unfortunately- means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.), please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that may come up.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend ordering the desired product while it is still in stock and returning the order(s) as needed.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at care@strivectin.com and we will assist you. We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order.
In the unlikely event that a package marked as delivered is missing. Please wait 2 business days before reaching out to us. If the package has not been located, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.
Please be careful when entering your shipping address. In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, StriVectin assumes no responsibility.
Please Note: StriVectin does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery back to StriVectin.
